Our NESO’s are well trained personnel selected from the Nepal Army which are world renowned as ’Gurkha’. These NESO’s deliver high quality security service one can expect with wide variety of duties during daily tasks and able to relate and communicate effectively with people and clients. Some NESO’s often work independently and are able to follow all Standing Orders given. In every job they undertake, discipline, trustworthy, professional demeanor, high uniform appearance standard and neatness are portrayed.
Our Local Unarmed Security Officers are selected based on stringent requirements including age, health, and physical appearance. They are required to pass security screening by the Ministry of Home Affairs as well as the Royal Malaysian Police. As an additional value, we groom our Security Officers to possess additional skills set such as fire management and first aid knowledge that will allow them to perform their task in any environment or circumstances.
All our Armed Security Officers must pass a background investigation that includes criminal, credit, reference checks and drug screening. They must be of sound character, demonstrate good judgement, and present a neat and professional appearance. They are also required to demonstrate knowledge of their legal authority and the limitations of an Armed Security Officer. We hold our Armed Security Officers to the highest level of standards. These officers must complete a firearms qualification and re-qualification program annually. Our Armed Security Officers possess special Firearm Carry & Use (C&U) license issued by the Royal Malaysian Police.
Our Closed Protection Officers or Bodyguards are carefully chosen from a pool of ex-law enforcement officers, members of the military and specialists in private security. Our multi-disciplined approach involves proactive threat assessment to neutralize problems before they occur. All members are also trained to act proactively in a discreet manner to ensure your personal security needs are always addressed. Our Bodyguards possess special Firearm Carry & Use (C&U) license issued by the Royal Malaysian Police.
